Holiday Pomegranate Mimosa

A Festive Holiday Pomegranate Mimosa

There’s something about the holidays that calls for a drink with a little sparkle. Whether it’s Christmas morning, a New Year’s brunch, or an impromptu gathering with friends, a mimosa always feels like the right choice — simple, celebratory, and effortlessly beautiful.

This Holiday Pomegranate Mimosa is a seasonal twist on the classic. It’s bright, lightly tart, and just sweet enough, with a deep ruby color that feels perfectly suited to winter celebrations. It’s also incredibly easy to make, which means you can spend less time mixing drinks and more time enjoying the moment.

You can dress this cocktail up with sugared rims, rosemary sprigs, or a scattering of fresh pomegranate arils, but it’s just as lovely served simply in a flute with a gentle stir.
