I first started writing this post to tell about the company that I do work for, Taste Italy Gifts, because they offer incredible and tasty Italian sweets and savories gift boxes that make wonderful presents. I never miss this toy store when I am in Rome or Florence. They specialize in wood toys, decorations, trinkets, ornaments and all sorts of other delightful gifts. They are all made in Italy and the craftsman ship is fantastic. Shipping to the US and internationally.

Authentic Venezia has a lot to offer but my favorite things are there subscription boxes for hand curated, made in Venice, gifts. “Unique accessories for your home or for yourself” delivered right to your doorstep. Aspetta e Vedrai
Aspetta e Vedrai means “wait and see” in English. This place makes some of the most unique and beautiful jewelry I have seen and as my husband is reading this he is learning that I want a piece for Christmas ;) Aspetta e Vedrai creates unique pieces of jewelry using broken dishes (just wait until you see them), small pressed flowers and other vintage pieces. They are based in Italy but ship to the US* and the prices for these one of a kind pieces are incredibly affordable! Much of the site is in Italian but the “collections” are easy to look at and the checkout process is in English.

This is another shop I never miss when I am in Florence! From art prints to stationary, from calendars to journals, from tarot cards to games...they have so many delightful hand crafted gifts to choose from. Based in Florence but they ship to the US. Order soon for these beauties!

Patris Orvieto
We came across this gorgeous shop when we were in Orvieto last year. It is filled with gifts and home goods hand made from Olive wood and we may have taken one or two home:) The owner was incredibly kind and helpful and spoke very good English. These one of a kind pieces would add a touch of rustic Italian elegance to any home. Based in Orvieto, Umbria. He ships to the US.
DelBrenna Jewelry
DelBrenna is located in the beautiful Tuscan hill town of Cortona. They offer hand made jewelry, shoes, and gifts. In addition to this they have a jewelry museum and offer many events for the next time you are in Cortona. DelBrenna also have a boutique in Kansas City of all places too :)
Misuri Firenze
Misuri is a leather store located in Piazza Santa Croce. These made in Florence leather gifts are sure to please and impress. There is an array of items to choose from and some have a pretty hefty price tag but they are all worth it! The “accessories” section is my favorite :)
